The following is a list of options for service and repair of the emergency lighting, exit lighting, inverters, and fire extinguishers. Please selcet the options that best satisgy your requirements.

___ Perform service needed on all units inoperative during thime of the test. All additional time required will be billed at a rate of $65.00/hr ($75.00/hr for inverter)
___ A list of parts needed for any inoperative units will be sent via a quote prior to any repairs.
___ A list of all units and their status is to be provided upon completion of the testing for insurance and safety requirements.
