Emergency Lighting

Emergency lighting comes in more shapes and sizes than you can imagine. There are
certain things that don't change. All emergency light units have a battery, charger circuit
board, and lights. For the most part you have to decide what unit has the appearance you
prefer. It sounds simple doesn't it? Unfortunately it is not quite that easy. Depending on
the size of the area you are trying to light will determine what size of the unit you need.
The life expectancy of the unit will play a big part in which unit to use. You also need to
ask "Can I get parts for this unit or will I have to replace the whole thing?" Brandt
Services, Inc. is one of the longest standing authorized service centers in the country.
We started back in 1982 as one of the first hand full of service center for Dual-Lite. We
have added many other emergency lighting companies to our service credits. Companies
like Holophane, Highlites, Beghelli, Sure-Lite/Cooper, Emergi-Lite, Prescolite, , Lithonia,
Carpenter, Big Beam, Exide Light Guard, Siltron, Chloride, and we still handle Dual-Lite.
As one of the longest standing service centers in the country we know emergency lighting
inside and out.

Another form of emergency lighting is the "inverter system". These type of systems are
used mostly in larger building. They allow the use of regular AC lighting with a back-up
power source. We have serviced inverters for over 20 years also. These system are more
difficult to maintain because they normally have a larger quantity of batteries and higher
voltages. Brandt Services, Inc. can provide the proper maintenance for your inverter.
Because if for no other reason than the cost of the replacement batteries, it is more than
worth the few dollars a year for a SERVICE AGREEMENT.
